Yo, check this out. I want to talk about how to, how to channel your anger from the things that you want to express versus the things that you have experienced in your life. I think when we talk about anger, we have to remember that if it affects us, then it needs to be controlled differently than if you feel like being angry at it, or the subject of the topic.
I feel like there's a couple of things I could learn to control and not overreact over. And then there's a lot of other things that have already happened, not to me, but towards other things that I feel a connection towards, like history, I feel. I feel very strong for people that have been wrong done, like wrongdoings, you know, especially if it's a whole population of people that have been subjected to, could find their life up until now, really, like it's still happening today.
From, if you know what I mean, you know what I mean, you know, it's just, there's things in this world that, that have affected every human on earth and every year there's always something new and it adds a layer of anger to us that I feel like it's, it should be said and it should be expressed, it should be expressed in a professional way, but then, you know what happens if we only do it professionally? At nighttime people think about ways to, to break the rules or to think about things they can bend and twist in their dreams. I don't know what to do, you know, like, you know, like the answers, there is no answers. There's, it's, it's a lot of patience, really.
Patience probably is the best answer, but there has to be something in place to have to wait first and the first of all, you know, I don't know. I'm trying to think on it as hard as I can, but I'm, I'm recording this on Wednesday. On Wednesday, yeah, it's Wednesday.
I don't know, you know, I don't know. But there's another thing that I want to discuss, which is sadness. Just like anger, it's a state of thinking, it's a state of consciousness that we have to channel, or we have to, we have to think about, I don't know what to do other than express it through art sometimes, because it gets too out of hand when it comes down to raw emotions, not just sadness or anger, but a lot of other raw emotions too, because I'm not going to list them all.
I'm just going to broadly say right now that all emotions are, are limited, emotions are limited. That's what I'm going to say, because I don't, I don't know how to just like, other than arguing, but still arguing doesn't do anything. Everyone's in their own head, you have to accept it.
As original as you think you are, you will be in your own head. As unoriginal as you think you are, you're original in your head. For those people that are blind, deaf, or can't speak, they don't have to experience what we experience, for they are lucky, but unfortunate in the same sense, but they don't have to endure, they don't have to constantly tug and pull with strokes of emotion.
They may be, they may be limited to a few things in life. And just like us, you know, so there you go. They have, and we have.
So we put it together, and we create art. Art can be, like, magnificent. Meaning, any success story is magnificent.
That's their art. That's their art. Art.
I haven't looked up the origin of the word art yet, but it probably doesn't align with what I'm trying to evoke here. Everything is, is and can be confined to anything you want it to be. But morally, morally good, okay? What I'm saying here is no one gets art, it's just you and your creative freedom.
I hope that can help you achieve, okay, goals in your life, okay? I recently went to a hotel, just to, I was there, okay? I don't need to go into detail, but I was there. And when I was in the lobby, I was noticing that we're all, we're all the same. We all have unique, but we're all the same, you know? We all got the same portions.
And the best thing I've been teaching myself since I've enrolled in journalism school is recognizing that we're all the same is the first step to achieving total control over any conversation or any anxiety or pressure. Because once you recognize and stay on that floating island of thinking that we're all the same and we all are here, you're right here in front of me, I'm right here in front of you. And, and we're just subjected to listen to another.
I feel I have to listen to you for a good story as a journalist. I consume as much as I can on a daily basis. I'm not saying listen to people's bullshit and believe it for yourself.
People can say bullshit and you don't have to believe it, but I'm not saying that you shouldn't stand on your own spine here. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying we can evolve by listening.
The best way to do that is to get a good night's sleep. Because that's when you restart your brain in a way. You have these points and periods in your life that are important, which are basic necessity.
Sleeping can help you without your phone, you know, without any distractions. Don't admit yourself to social media. Don't admit yourself to screens.
Don't admit yourself as a consumer. Don't let yourself be fed by quote-unquote poison. You don't need to be.
You don't need to get your head filled with that stuff before you try to sleep. And it's not just sleeping, you know, it's not just sleeping. It's not just closing your eyes and having a few wacky or wicked dreams.
It's not about that. It's about what you do before you sleep. And it's the point where you realize that the best scheduler, the best event planner, the best routine, the best curriculum of your own structure comes from before you sleep.
It's a point where you realize who you are, what you love, deeply. What makes you profound? What makes you stand out? What can you change? How can you be the change for tomorrow? Or how can you provide? If that's what your life is about, providing for someone else. Excuse me.
For providing for someone else. Or working. You know, you need to be 100%.
I know you know. You need to be 100%. You need to be stronger than society.
Because you can't let it take you over in the end. Every time you get in your car, every time you get in the bus, every time you get on your bike, motorcycle, every time you get in an airplane, you're traveling to work expenses or family expenses. Or you need to escape the country.
You need to be stronger from the point in and out. From A to B. You should be stronger. And sleep is your superpower.
That's very broad. Sleep is your superpower. But it is.
It's true. Sleeping is your superpower. But that's the first step.
Because some of you, a lot of you, people out there, don't know what to ask themselves. Well, as almost everyone experiences destruction in their life, at some point there's ultimate lows. Ultimate degrades.
Degrades of your own self. And sometimes there's so much highs that you don't know what to do. Either they're before the point of destruction or after D-Day.
You know? But in the end, it's what makes you be you. It's your ground zero in a way. When a nuke hits a city, the radius gets bigger from where the bomb initially hit, right? Well, that's you.
But life goes on in totally wrong and beautiful ways. So you have to question yourself now. After everything I just described, question yourself.
Don't stop questioning yourself. I want you to really just soak in. Soak it in.
Soak in words. Soak in poetry. Poetry, poetry, poetry.
In a way, it can corrupt your mind a bit. It could flood your mind a bit. It could change your life a bit.
For the best. But it comes with complex thoughts, you know? Not any kid should have, really. Kids should be happy, enjoying themselves.
Like almost every adult has enjoyed themselves when they're a kid. Whether it was in school or getting to know new people. Wherever you lived.
Your environment, your family. For most people, their parents. Some other people, it was just working.
But even some kids don't realize it yet until they're a little bit older that... Yeah, that was my life. Yeah, I did that. Yeah, I had to experience that.
Yeah, I started working when I was a young age. Or yeah, now I have to think about it this way. Or yeah, I've been thinking about it this way.
And only in extreme thought, I feel like a kid's mind starts to complex and evolve like a crystal. Starts to crystallize almost. Memories are locked.
As a kid, you could override it. It feels like you could override life itself. But now it feels like there's an endless path.
And the end is so blurry. But you're on it. And you're just adding to it like blocks.
Like bricks. Until you get a house. And in that house is you.
A lot of people talk about egos. I usually forget what ego means. I don't live by the definition of trying not to be egotistical.
I don't try to stop evolving myself. If I need to be confident, I'll be confident. Even if it is perceived in a bad way.
I'll try to be my best version of myself. Since we're all the same, right? Don't get intimidated by others. No matter how big their ego is.
They're just riding their own wave at the moment. Don't get disgusted by others. Unless they've hurt you.
Which is complete anger, right? It's when you can't understand why or how. You might pick up how immediately. But it's mostly why.
Why can spiral into a mess of questions. And then comes anger. Then comes the bliss and sanity there was.
There's nothing after that other than you and anger. But I try to vocalize this kind of content. I try to make content for people that just want to listen.
Listening. Listening on their own terms. That's what I try to find.
I don't listen to broadcasts. Because everyone's talking at some sort of happy-go-lucky attitude that I can't follow. Or I can take a scent of their bullshit.
In a way. You can call my shit bullshit. Alright? I don't know.
I just... Another thing is being aware. Not only is it respectful among almost everyone on Earth. Being aware.
But being smart. And being respectful. Compromising for others also.
I'm not that good at compromising. I do my best. Sometimes I'm just too honest with myself.
It gets in the way of letting others go first. Not like holding a door for someone. Mentally telling myself they should talk or they should lead.
I don't have a problem with not being a leader. That's not what I'm saying. I'm not saying anything physically.
I'm just saying mentally. Letting someone override your life or something. I'm still working on it.
I'm still working on it. And hopefully I'll get it done. But hey.
If you can't either, don't stress it, man. If you can't do something, don't stress it. You know how to read.
If you know how to read. If you can read the title of this podcast. Don't stress it too much.
You know how to read. That's... If you know how to make money, right? If you can provide for yourself, right? Right? That's what matters, right? I can't wait to see how this podcast evolves. Podcast.
I want to see the origin for that word too. Me speaking here on the microphone. I want to see how this evolves.
When I go to other countries. See how I can share. Share, right? Just share it.
Get into my little... My little corner. My little nook. Of... Exploration.
Open the doors to you guys. Invite you guys in. Let you guys out of the ring.
Into the party. You're all invited. Listen to me talk.
You know, maybe some comedy won't hurt me. Some things. Some things that could be said that are funny, you know? I mean, there's a lot of things out there.
That can make you laugh. I'll have to work on it, you know? I don't know. I'll just start.
Again, that's something I need to work on. Because compromising. Compromise for my comedic behalf, you know? Instead of making jokes for myself.
Which is probably what you guys should do. Don't... Do other things for others. Whatever... The saying is.
But... I don't know. Hopefully today I shared some value, didn't I? And... Everyone, get your rest. Get your sleep.
That's the most important thing you can do. Have a good night's sleep, everyone. This is the new song podcast.
The upcoming song is called... Fore Father's... Dinner... Her Head... Tonight.
